IBEJ with IDEA Software started the digitization process

IBEJ entered into a strategic partnership with IDEA Software as a specialist in the field of business process optimization. Aldin Fajić, CEO of IDEA Software, created with his team a digital strategy for IBEJ, which will be the basis for the selection and successful implementation of all systems that are currently used or will be acquired.

We have been working together for several weeks on developing solutions, and the first step was the Workshop for process mapping from the digital aspect (information flow). In accordance with the adopted methodology, we started defining the functional requirements and will soon start the implementation.


Realizing that digital transformation is an ongoing process, we embarked on this journey of digitization with a focus on data that enables efficient process management and decision-making based on the correct data. The deadline for the implementation of the first phase of the project is the end of February 2024.
